This book is all about the life of a common man Punit who falls in love with Myra. But Rishi, a little boy of 10 years old, visible only to Punith, follows him saying he is his child. And only then, Punith was exposed to his past which was deleted from his mind. Further the book moves on finding answers for Who is Rishi? What’s that past? Will Punith marry Myra? 

Hey Dad! Meet my mom is a book filled with equal proportion of love, hate, parental care, mystery and thrill. This book is an immediate page turner with unimaginable twists and turns. And it hooks us up with the book till the end as it can be read in a single go. The book also spices our read by adding unimaginable plots like imaginary son, faceless face, deleted past and fear of future. The authors use simple and elegant words which comforts our reading. The poems at the start of every chapters adds more essence to the story and we start running along with the protagonist to find every secrets which was concealed and removed from his brain. The italics word format helps us to distinguish between the dream and present life. The first person narration and elegant words makes the book, an easy read. Though the college story was a usual one, the present happenings makes the book an interesting read. The cover page could have been more attractive. And the title of the book justifies the story and it allures the readers to grab this book to know what’s hidden inside. Even the blurb holds some secrecy to urge us in buying this book.

Verdict : An interesting yet unique romantically mystery boom. It’s worth the penny spent.
