When Esha, Gayathri’s friend and also a journalist approaches Gayathri for an attention seeking cover story for the Sunday edition in her magazine, Gayathri suggests Esha to write about the terrific past of swami Siddhartha. And then the past unveils.

Now, Siddhartha, then, Jai Mishra was the only son of famous doctor family. And he was also a gold medalist in his undergraduation in medical science. When everything was going as planned, destiny smirked and started its game. On a fateful night, Jai was accused for murdering his junior and was sentenced for life imprisonment. Further, the book is built on with the answers for Why Jai murdered his junior, How he became a swami, What happened to his love Asha, Were they reunited etc.

Review :

This book emphasise on the fact that life is uncertain. The first part of the book describing the past of Jai Mishra was fast paced and it glued me with the book. But after the past ended, the book was almost predictable and lost its essence. The authoress has portrayed every characters to utmost Perfection but the narration could have been better to make it an enticing one. Nearing the end, I felt some chapters are dragged which witheld the coherence of the book. The language is lucid and the usage of easy words made it a comfortable read. The authoress has perfectly carved the climax with the character of Gayathri, which recieves an applause.

The cover depicts the story but it could have been more attractive. The blurb and title gives an insight to the plot of the book.

What I earned from the book :

1. Life is unpredictable. Be prepared to face everything.

2. There is no end to life and every happenings has a reason behind it.

3. Value real friendship. It lasts a lifetime.

Verdict :

I loved reading the book. It has essential hidden lessons for a healthy life.
