Review :

Love never dies – A book which deals about the struggles everyone face in the path of attaining their real love.

The story is set in the backdrop of a college where Nikshay and Mishika are classmates. After some formal fights and egos in college, they realise that they have fallen in love. But Nik retards in accepting Misha’s proposal since he was diagnosed with brain tumour. When he recovers from his illness, he realises that time had already run a lot and Misha was married. Further, he tries to move on in his life when Misha crosses Nik’s path again as someone else’s wife. Later, the book unveils the answers for whether Nik got back Misha?? Did their love survived through all the odds??

Love never dies – an usual love story which makes you believe that no matter what, real love never dies. The story was elegant and the author has conveyed her thought easily. Also the book has delivered some important messages for this generation adults that none should ever hurt others because it doesn’t take much time to return back to us and also parents shouldn’t force their intutions info their children. Also the book deeply explains about friendship, relationships and marriage.

The language was good with lucid words but the narration was not satisfacfory with the same word, repeating million number of times. The narration makes the book boring. Every characters are described well but the book loses its coherence at some extent. The printing format of the book could have been changed to regular formats to make the reading more comfy.

The cover page was eye soothing and the title also apts well with the plot of the book.

Verdict : One time read.

Long distance relationship needs trust and understanding but he needed some time to understand these things. He chose his passion and she also made her choice. Can a person do whatever he/she is passionate about? Can a person move on from relationships to follow his/her dream?

Review :

This book is all about the life story of a common middle class born man – Samarth Shrivastava who aims to become a doctor and also follows racing as his passion. The book further unfolds how he managed to overcome all the struggles he faced throughout his journey to accomplish his goals.

Spoilt for choice – The book opens up with Samarth writing a suicide letter and further the story travels to his past to explain what made Samarth to take such a drastic step.

Loaded with innumerable dreams, Samarth falls in love with his classmate Sanchi and they make plans for their future when destiny distances them for higher education. Samarth joins dentistry at Rajnandgoan whereas Sanchi joins in Chennai. But slowly the physical distance starts to drift them apart even though Samarth was head over heels in love with Sanchi. Also Samarth gets a sponsorship offer from Chennai for his racing career and he flies to Chennai when he faces the reality that Sanchi is no more in love with him and she is now committed to Rajeev. Eventually, after knowing all this, he fails in his race and also in his exams. Further the story is built on how Samarth overcame all the struggles and pain in his life and showcases how he achieved his dreams.

Spoilt for choice – a motivational book to inspire the readers to run towards their aim. The author has weaved the story well and his words showcase the emotions he endured. The first person narration makes the book more relatable to one’s ownself. This book makes us believe that it’s never too late to run for our dreams. Also it says no one is permanent in our life. The words are simple and the language is lucid which makes the reading comfortable. But at some chapters, the story misses it’s coherence. The book is divided into many levels which makes it a quick read. The presentation could have been better. The racing events were explained with utmost Perfection which almost makes us racers. This book is a combination of all concepts we expect in a book spiced up with love, dreams, hopes, disappointment, responsibilities etc.

Positives :

A real inspirational story.

This book injects us with a positive hope that nothing is impossible.

Showcased the real struggles which every person undergoes in their pursuit of fulfilling their passion and ambition.

The cover page and the title is more attractive and can easily grab readers attention.

Negatives :

The character of Sugandha was not very well explained and also it was left in the middle without proper completion.

Samarth’s dad’s bank issue was also left without any explanation.

At a point, the author makes us to feel why should Samarth love Sanchi to this extent even if she is not interested to reciprocate it.

Verdict :

To find a real inspiration and motivation, go for it.

Review :

The Mystic of Twin Flame Relationship : This book is all about the twin flames which explains the concept of Twin souls and also gives a deep explanantion about the concepts of companion souls, karmic mates. This book seeks the meaning behind twin souls along with its types and how the connection between two seperate twin souls is established. It serves as an explanantion for every doubts on twin souls and how they are related.

The book is a non-fiction which serves its purpose of giving an insight to the misconceptions and lack of knowledge about twin souls. From the start, the book holds the readers to its concept and maintains its coherence till the end. The selection of words were simple and the language is lucid which makes the reading comfortable. Also the usage of quotes by famous poets adds more beauty to the book. The book hinders your emotion and gives a deep insight about soul and insight which we were unaware of. Since the book is divided into simple chapters, it is easily readable but at sometimes, you cannot avoid the feel of reading a text book.

The title of the book explains what is hidden in the book and also the blurb serves its purpose to the fullest as it provides more information about the title. The cover also matches the content but could have been better.

An eye for my love – is a heart drenching refreshing story which points out the issues the country undergoes nowadays in detail.

This book is all about the story of a vagabond Dhruv who was embodied to live his life on his own rules since he had a bulk bank balance left by his dad. His life just comprised of traveling all over the world. And further the story starts up when he lands up in the romantic city of Paris where his life takes a turn on meeting Aisha. Will Aisha’s soul rest in peace??etc.

An Eye For My Love is one of the rarest books which deals with the bold topic of corruption, misusing power, violence against woman etc. The author recieves an applause just for writing this wonderful book. The foreword and prologue almost gave me goosebumps even before entering into the story. The author has very well narrated every events with utmost care and has delivered a great message through this book. The little conversation at the beginning of every chapters is a great social message. The author has weaved the story plot in such a way that it never seemed boring. Though, Dhruv killed the politician, it’s not practical in our real life unless we are such a carefree man like Dhruv. But it motivated us to fight this violence. Every characters are close to our heart and the author portrays the emotions of every characters through his simple words and fluent language. Also the book ends with an unexpected turn which we had never dreamt of. It almost left my jaws drop in excitement. Also the author portrayed the reality in today’s society through his words.

The book cover and the title is another great factors which attracts you to grab this book. In the front page, the bullet which crashes the words “An eye” gives you a deep explanation about the story hidden inside. The title is itself unique in its aspects with hidden meaning.

Just lived throughout the book.

Review :

The book is a simple tale on love which shows the struggles, every people undergo when they are in love. The book opens up with the beautiful description of Kausani Village near Himalayas where Vedanta arrives in search of his soul mate. And that’s when Saranga enters his life as a guiding light who takes him on a journey of love. They both get married and moves to Bangalore where Dhruv born as an emblem of their love. Further, the story moves on disclosing all the ups and downs in every relationship even after marriage.

Parrot Under the Pine tree – a heart warming book with a poetic touch. This book remains close to heart just for the beautiful descriptions of those places which makes the readers to travel to that place. The author has painted the book with poetic feel with his narration. The book was upheld by the opening of every chapters where the author describes the scenic beauty of the location. The language was simple yet excellent. The story behind every characters were neatly weaven and the book also holds a real meaning to the word “love” through its coherent storyline which makes the book an interesting read. It gives an insight to love. This book proves that nothing is permanent in this world and also serves as a page turner from cover to cover. Though the book fails to satisfy the thirst for reader at some points, it serves as a light read to calm down the polluted heart with its mesmerising description of places.

The cover is simple yet natural which depicts the backdrop of the Kausani village which plays a major role in the book. The title is unique yet remains unjustified. The blurb is more enough to give an insight of what’s hidden inside.

Will Lisa really understand the goodness of his heart or just walk away?

Inside the Heart of Hope is a story of strong will, perseverance and optimism which will make you wonder if sky is really the limit.

Review :

The book opens up with the story of a little boy Rick who hears the doctor saying that he had hyperlipidemia during his birth which is now developed into aortic valve stenosis. And that’s when Rick’s life takes a turn and loses its innocence. He was refrained from the normal childhood as his health was deteriorating. Later he undergoes a surgery for his heart disease and succeeds in it. But he loses his girlfriend Amy, at seventeen when she gives up that she is not willing to sacrifice her life for a sick person like Rick. After succeeding an another heart surgery with low optimistic percentage of life, Rick turns healthy and starts his life like any other people and that’s when Lisa enters his life. Then the story further moves on how Rick succeeded in winning the heart of Lisa and also her parents for marriage as they were not ready to pay their daughters life for a sick man.

Inside the heart of hope – a book of 121 pages which teaches us the important of life and also insist our heart to fight for what we deserve. The book is a perfect amalgamation of love, faith, hope, friendship and thirst for dream. The author has very well narrated the story and the first person narration helps us to travel along with the book. The events were narrated in present sense which deteriorates the interest in the read. The words were simple and the author has very well weaven them to provide us an interesting story. The last pages of the book teaches us some life lessons which should be followed by everyone. Though the book doesn’t has much twists, it proves to be a refreshing light read. The author could have explained the success story of the second surgery in more detail since it misses the charm and emotion which a person feels after undergoing a hopeless surgery. This is an inspirational read which injects you with a hope to live, no matter how bad your life. The cover and title very well suits the book and also the blurb gives an insight of what’s hidden inside.

Discover the chilling reality of life, friendship, love and deceit behind the curtain of White Smoke.

Review :

White Smoke – an engaging thriller book bound up with some extra spices of romance, mystery and death.

The book opens up with the unpleasant love story of Virat and Payal where she decides to end up their relationship. Then the story of Mahi and Arjun moves parallel with that of Virat’s where Arjun, son of a millionaire, tries to attract Mahi but eventually fails in his aim. And finally, the book moves to the story of Mathur, an investigative officer loaded up with the stress of unraveling a murder case. Further, the book showcases the medical issues of Virat, the newly bloomed love of Mahi and Arjun and the increasing murders in the city.

The author has very well connected all the three parallel storylines and also the subsequent unexpected events made the book an immediate page turner. The story was composed in an elegant language with simple words and the author has succeeded in maintaining the excitement of the suspense till the end. Also the book delivers some social thoughts about rape, trust issues, crime, politics etc. Every characters were given a brief explanation which helps to maintain coherence with the book. The two love stories of Virat&Payal and Mahi&Arjun, teaches you what is love and what is revenge.

Though the book was well plotted in the thriller storyline, it had some drawbacks where the reader cannot avoid some questions like “How the photograph reached that library?” “Who was that girl, Virat met?” “Why the reports submitted by Mathur didn’t comprise of the names of Arjun and Eshaan” “How Mathur identified the third victim of the chain murder” etc. The alluring cover and the mysterious title attracts readers to grab the book and also the blurb increases the eagerness to read it. Overall, White smoke is a book to engross you completely in thrill and excitement, also spiced up with romance, betrayal, hatred, love etc.

Verdict : You will not be disappointed after travelling through the book.

What brought him here? An unrequited love, encounters with law, or the dilemma of grace marks? Where does Viraj’s story eventually end?

Welcome to 37 + Grace Marks, Viraj’s journey to discover that there is more to life than marks.

Review :

This book is all about the life of Viraj, who hails from Pune to an engineering college with an aim to bring his dreams into reality. His friends Punit and Sahil, proves to be the friends for life in all circumstances. Then a fine day, when the semester was reaching its end, he meets Nimisha and falls head over heels in love with her at first sight. And then Viraj’s life travels through a new course with some unexpected turns. Further the book moves on to find the answer for whether he won the love of his girl.

37+ Grace Marks – a regular romance book which takes you back to your college days. These days engineering colleges has become a backdrop for most of the books and this book is also the  one under that tag. The author has spiced up the plot with dreams, confusions, friendship, fights etc. Though the book was well knitted, it misses it’s coherence at some chapters. The characters were well narrated and the first person narration helps us to hook up with the book. And the simple language makes it an easy read. The story starts slowly and so it takes some time to travel with the book, then the plot gears up when it approaches the end. Also the author has tried to convey some important life lessons through this book. The cover page and the title very well suits the book. The blurb gives a clear vision of what’s hidden deep inside the book.

Verdict : A light read to bring back your memories of college days filled up with silly fights, love, crush, grace marks etc.

Review :

Thanks for the review copy of this wonderful book.

First of all, I wish to congratulate the author for his creativity and awesomeness in his prologue and epilogue. (Read the book to find it). Just the prologue is enough to prove that you are a great author.

The cover and the title is really eyecatchy and can make any romance lovers to pick up the book. Though the blurb didn’t reveal much about the story, it made us to read the book to find the unanswerable answers.

This is not a book which comes under the category of usual romance. Yes, it’s romance, but it talked about reality more than fiction. Any readers can relate himself/herself to the characters of the book. The story not only dealt with love but also it showcased friendship, heartbreak, reality, dreams, family, relations etc. Some chapters seemed prolonging since the author tried to depict the real life. Some of the narrations were in Hinglish but it was also explained in the following line which made my reading comfortable. Every characters were explained with utmost care and also every emotions which were narrated by the author, made us to feel it from the depth of our heart. The author has very well plotted the storyline and it helped us to travel along with the story. The elegant language and first person narration helps to maintain coherence with the book. The most loved part about the book is the epilogue where the author answers our every question as if he read our mind throughout our journey with his book. This book is to teach the readers that no matter how truly you love each other, destiny will always have its role to play in your relationship.

Waiting for the sequel to know more about Hritisha.

Verdict : A good book which showcases real life than the fascinating love stories.

Can true love bring someone back from the dead?Akshara is left devastated by her mother’s death and spends most of her time in solitude at the local park. One day, as she is sobbing uncontrollably, a young man named Harry approaches her. They become friends and Harry recounts to her a story about the miraculous reunion of a young woman and her dead boyfriend to help ease some of her pain. The story makes Akshara hopeful that she can perhaps see her dead mother again. But she soon realizes that Harry isn’t what he seems to be. Even the characters in his story seem dubious, almost unreal. So what is he hiding? And why? Is there any truth to his story at all?In this darkly suspenseful romance mystery, Akshara is left facing a truth that will make her doubt not just Harry but herself as well . . .

About the book :

The book opens up with the story of Akshara, a girl of 13 years old who lost her mom recently. She sobs continuously at the thought of her mom, when Harvinder aka Harry lends his helping hands to her and make her believe that she can get her mom back. Then Harry narrates a fantasy story to make Akshara believe that miracles do happen. The story which Harry narrates is about Sahiba and her lover Siddharth. He also says Akshara about how they overcame the fate that was destined for them. Also this story infuses Akshara with a hope that she would get her mother back to her. But eventually she accuses everything as her imagination and she not only dismisses the story told by Harry but also she concludes that even Harry was an imagination. And the story further moves on with the answers for how Sahibha tackled her destiny?whether Akshara got her mother back? Also who is Harvinder?

Review :

The pleasant color combination of light blue, pink and white on the cover page makes the color look attractive. The mysterious title and the alluring cover with a detailed blurb can make anyone to prefer this book. I couldn’t take my eyes off the cove page.

The author has weaved a unique plot which makes the book an interesting read. The book really started up well but after some pages, the story seemed dragging to some extent since Sahibha and Sidhu were given utmost attention which made some chapters boring. But the twists and turns were unexpected and they almost shocked me. The book was not just a combination of mystery and romance but also it dealth well with heartbreak, karma, afterlife, parental care, psychology etc. The author hooked the readers with the book using his first person narration.  The characterisation of Sahibha, her faith in love and the character of Akshara is still close to my heart. The simple words and the fast paced narration made it an immediate page turner inspite of the speed breaking chapters in the middle. Also the afterlife happenings should have been spiced up with emotions but the author has tried it in a comical way which makes the concept faraway from reality. The book also makes the readers to believe in miracles and automatically infuses our mind to perform good deeds. Though this book failed to meet my expectations which I built after reading the blurb, it’s still a great book to give break from regular romance and also it makes the readers to realise the value of life.
